In order to make sure that my advertisement is past by the ASA and is not challenged by OFCOM i had to research into any regulation issue, such as;
- Sexual nature early in the day.
- Criminal behaviour
- Underage drinking
- Strong language
- Any thing that is that misleading
- False advertising
- Copy right issues, using music that I haven't got permission for
I have investigated the ASA guidelines and i can not see any reason why my advertisement will cause offence. Here below as you can see, i have created an account for the kings of leon website so I could have permission to use one of their songs in my advertisement.
